While we do not offer Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy at The Focus Clinic we're happy to offer recommendations to trusted
providers who specialize in ADHD-focused CBT.
ADHD-focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a well-established, evidence-based treatment option for ADHD. While The Focus Clinic is currently focused on assessment and medical management, we are actively expanding our services. In the near future, we look forward to offering in-house ADHD-informed psychotherapy to provide more comprehensive care under one roof. In the meantime, we continue to partner with trusted therapists experienced in ADHD-focused CBT and are happy to facilitate referrals.
